We become unhappy, frustrated, anxious and angry when a person or situation seems unfavorable, uncooperative or hostile to us.

We all have to go through such catastrophic frustrating experiences in life. 

Similarly, some people may find themselves extremely selfish, cruel, and annoying or annoying. 

The number of such people is not low. Cunning people may despise you, they may be tempted to fail, people may be your adversaries for no reason, you may think of them as evil and bad natured people.

But  what is the situation or event? Or in addition to this dark and evil aspect of man, there are other aspects of every such event and man that we do not find or are not aware of. 

Since we have to live with such people or such things will happen in life. So if they have any other form, if there is any other type, which is tolerable, necessary, comforting and desirable for us, then we have to find it for our own needs.

 No human being can be just bad and evil. If I think of him that way, I see him and treat him that way. Then we will never get evidence of his good side, his friendly and humane side

Gradually he will appear to us more cruel, more rival, more harsh, more evil, the better and more acceptable among them, we have to find out in our Own need

If we can think of them as good, worthy and acceptable, if we can behave in that way, we will find the beautiful, dear man on the other side of the coin.

Under the pressure of events, we are broken, frustrated, anxious ‌ the positive side, the optimistic part and the comforting part do not catch our eye.

Even a very good person would seem unusually evil, hostile and annoying to us, if our attitude towards him was completely negative and hostile. 

On the other hand, the real bad and hostile person will also become Tolerant and supportive

If we value his good aspects, we judge him in that way, with respect and dignity.. No matter how bad the situation, no matter how hostile the individual or group may seem, we can change our perceptions and attitudes towards them to our advantage

All of this can become an educational and collaborative element rather than an obstacle. So between facts and people you will find so, whatever you look for. 

Good is found if good is found, evil is found if evil is found. So only mental health awareness can change our outlook.
