On the other hand, feelings of frustration, guilt, anxiety, instability, inferiority, etc. are aroused if the mind is immersed in the relevant negative thoughts, so mental health is important in our lives.

It is natural for the mind to be preoccupied with whatever is provided to it. So we have to decide which one to keep in mind. The simple formula is to remember what you want, not what you don't want.

If you want to be happy, to be healthy, to be successful, then you have to remember these related thoughts. You have to forget what you don't want. To forget those negative thoughts, which are harmful to mental health and to be banished from the mind.

We don’t want to be ashamed, we don’t want to be humiliated, we don’t want to be deceived, we don’t want to be angry, we don’t want to be frustrated or anxious, we don’t want to be unpleasant and successful or we suffer from ugliness or inferiority. 

Then such emotions and thoughts or memories cannot be remembered. They have to be banished from the mind.
 Just like we sweep the house every day, get rid of dirt, garbage and dust, out of the house. In the same way, those negative, sick thoughts have to be banished from the mind every day.


Sometimes you have to look at the mind, you have to notice, at this time the mind is aware of any kind of thought. 

I mean, I remember everything?

 Those who are born negative, if they look at the mind all the time, will only see the entanglement of sick, inferior and painful negative thoughts. 

That is, he will always remember the thoughts that he does not want at all. From now on, I have to bet, I will look at my mind at least twice a day, I will look at what I am remembering or what is awake in my mind.

 Negative thoughts, that is, the thoughts that the mind does not want, it is seen that the mind is just full of everything!
Willingly, trying every day he has to get rid of the boring, tedious, thoughts. We don't remember the thoughts we don't want. 

In return the mind must be filled, with desired, happy, healthy and joyful memories, experiences and thoughts.
